Hatha yoga is slow paced, focusing on breathing and holding the postures. Yoga is amazing for both body and mind, when done correctly. Each individual posture is explained in detail so that the full benefits of the positions can be realized.

VINYASA YOGA privat course

Vinyasa yoga is fast paced, with a flow through each position and each breath. Yoga is amazing for both body and mind, when done correctly, therefore this type is only for the intermediate yoga practitioner.

Yoga sequence with focus in a certain area can be organised (back mobility, hip opening etc)

POSTURE CORRECTION

Our posture is so important to our physical and emotional wellbeing that it should always be kept in check. Your posture will be analyzed, and corresponding stretch and strengthening exercises will be given to correct the imbalances.
