Having been in the sports world for a very long time, I have witnessed how we hurt our bodies to achieve certain results. Today there is much more information on health and excercise, but we fall prey to certain promises and fashions. Work It Right takes its approach by taking time to go through our body as a whole, so it can be utilised to its fullest in any situation, and maintain its agility as it ages. Using massage therapy, soft yoga excercises, and postural guidance, we get to know and understand our bodies- which areas need strengthening, which areas need rest. Pain is our body communicating with us, let's learn to listen.
Work it Right uses massage mainly as a way to get to know our bodies. Feeling discomfort in one area is usually caused by a continuous false movement or another discomfort elsewhere. Different types of massages and tactics are used depending on the person and their needs.
Work it Right focuses mainly on the postures and breathing techniques of Yoga. Boosting spinal health, the postures work the joints, tendons, ligaments and the flexibility of the muscles. These movements are an effective way to auto massage your body and organs.
